Welcome to My Daily Jo (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website [www.mydailyjo.com] (the “Site”) and our graphic design services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services

We provide graphic design services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, packaging, and menu design. All projects are subject to availability and agreement on project scope, pricing, and timeline.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information related to your project.

  • Respond to communications promptly to ensure timely project completion.

  • Not use our designs for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

  • We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Upon full payment, you receive usage rights to the final design. We retain rights to preliminary work and unused concepts.

5. Revisions & Project Scope

  • A set number of revisions is included in each project. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Any major changes beyond the agreed scope will require a new quote.

  • A separate contract will outline more specific details that are customized per client, including project scope, revision limits, and additional terms as needed.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project details without consent. However, we may showcase completed work for promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our designs. It is the client’s responsibility to review all designs before final approval.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if terms are violated. Deposits are non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for work completed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California/United States of America.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
